New to Countryside Gallery & Custom Frame Design are the pop culture block prints of Richard Fekete. Looking for something different to accent a room or define your decor? We have multiple hand carved linoleum and wood block images signed & numbered by the artist available in a variety of inks on hand crafted paper for you to choose from. Richard began sketching at an early age, fostered by his parents to continue the arts, he learned figure and still life drawing in high school. Richard attended Penn State University and learned the Fine Arts techniques he uses today. Oil paint, Raku, pastel & charcoal, pen & ink, and linoleum block are his mediums of choice. After college Richard continued his exploration of art as he managed local Bucks County custom frame shops & fine art galleries. Richard purchased Newtown's longest running gallery in 2014 and has continued the tradition of providing an outlet for local Bucks County artist with monthly exhibitions & receptions at Countryside Gallery & Custom Frame Design. All Richards original images will be on permanent display thru the summer in our South State Street gallery space for your viewing pleasure.
