IIya describes himself as a Realist/Impressionist artist with a
contemporary twist, an art teacher without any twists. Born in
Moscow, now living in Bucks County, Pa. IIya has a Master of
Fine Arts (M.F.A.), in Studio Art at the Pennsylvania Academy
of the Fine Arts, among other awards and recognition.
